Many people believe that the Law of Attraction is a ‘New-Age’ philosophy, with it’s origins in the movie The Secret.
But the truth is…
This philosophy can be traced back thousands of years.
The Sanskrit Vedas and Upanishads (ancient Hindu scriptures written around 1500 BC) make many a reference to the Law of Attraction. In fact, the Hindu God Krishna’s name is derived from the Sanskrit root word ‘krish’, meaning “to draw to one-self, to attract.”
And the best-selling book of all time – The Bible – also draws our attention to the Law of Attraction, when it says: “Draw nigh unto God and He will draw nigh unto you.” (James 4:8)

It seems like everybody has their own theory on how to survive the recession. Just some of the kind of stuff you’ll see across the internet and blogosphere is advice like:
1. Protect your job
2. Move while others are distracted
3. Earn extra money
4. Evaluate your mortgage
5. Refinance high interest credit cards
6. Reduce spending
7. Haggle your way to savings
8. Conserve and reduce your energy bills
9. Avoid taking on any unnecessary debts
I really could go on to reach 99 just to represent the saying, “99 ways to skin a cat”. But I won’t waste your time. I know you can Google it for yourself and find hundreds more advice from every Tom, Dick and Harry out there.
